Welcome to Knowle Park

Knowle Park Nursing Home is situated in Cranleigh in Surrey, within easy reach of both Guildford and Horsham. Throughout the community all the day spaces including the conservatory have large windows to bring in the gardens and the views setting a wonderful backdrop for engaging daily activities for everyone. Following a recent refurbishment, some of our day spaces and bedrooms have been transformed with a fresh new look.

Life at Knowle Park is varied incorporating trips out and a variety of health and wellbeing activities including pet therapy, art, exercises and music. Residents love to sit out in the stunning gardens and look out at the Surrey Hills. There is a wonderful family atmosphere in our community, laughter can often be heard along our corridors and lounges while the residents enjoy a diverse range of activities.

Meet the Manager

Caroline is our Home Manager at Knowle Park Care Home, here’s a little bit more about herself and the home in her own words:

“I originally trained as a nurse, before moving into management within care homes 20 years ago. I maintain my clinical knowledge by working with the clinical team and attending relevant training. I also have a master’s degree in human management.

I have the responsibility of overseeing and supporting the team to ensure the home runs in the best way possible to achieve outstanding customer service and quality of care. My role as Home Manager also involves supporting our residents and their relatives, which is one of the main reasons I love my work.

My biggest achievement was being a finalist for ‘Manager of the Year’ in the Surrey Care Association Awards.
