Valentine Themed Visit From Local Children’s Group

Hearts Full of Joy: A Special Visit from Childminder Helen

Love was in the air at Bradbury House as residents welcomed some very special little visitors for a heartwarming Valentine’s arts and crafts session.

Helen and the children from her childminding group visit the home once a month, and their latest visit was filled with creativity, laughter, and plenty of heart-shaped fun. The children and residents worked together to create beautiful heart decorations for the Valentine’s mood board, bringing colour and cheer to the space.

To make the occasion even sweeter, residents baked delicious heart-shaped biscuits for their young guests to enjoy. The children’s delighted faces as they tucked into the homemade treats were a highlight of the day.

The event was organised by Laura, the home’s activities co-ordinator, who ensured everything was set up for a fun and engaging experience. Residents and children alike expressed their joy, with many saying how much they look forward to these visits each month.

Bradbury House looks forward to welcoming Helen and the children back again soon for more moments of connection and creativity.
