A festive season to remember at Brook House

Brook House Festive event

Brook House Care Home in Towcester celebrated the festive season with a heartwarming array of events that brought joy to residents, team members, and the wider community.

The Christmas celebrations kicked off with a dazzling Christmas tree light switch-on, graced by the presence of Towcester Town Council Mayor, Damian Reynolds. The event saw an incredible turnout from the local community, including members of the Towcester Rotary Club and the local church. Guests enjoyed the cosy delights of mince pies and mulled wine while listening to the Brook House choir perform Christmas carols.

A highlight of the season was the visit from the Rotary Club Santa and his sleigh, spreading cheer as he stopped by to meet the residents and team. Santa’s arrival brought smiles and laughter, making it a truly magical moment for everyone.

Music and entertainment played a big part in the celebrations, with a special performance from the local senior school that had everyone clapping along and singing their hearts out to festive classics. Residents were also treated to live entertainment, creating an atmosphere of fun and festivity throughout the home.

Adding a traditional touch to the season, Brook House residents had the pleasure of attending their local school’s nativity play. The beautifully performed production brought the story of Christmas to life and left everyone feeling uplifted and inspired.

The festive season at Brook House was a true celebration of community, connection, and joy, filled with unforgettable moments that made the holiday season special for everyone involved.
