February’s Heart of Gold was Nurse Festus, whose skills and attention to detail are essential for residents’ wellbeing. From monitoring vital signs and administering medication to updating care plans and supporting families, Festus brings both precision and passion to his role.
March’s Heart of Gold was Healthcare Assistant Patricia, who brings a thoughtful, personal touch to everyday care. Whether helping residents prepare for the day, joining them on walks, or offering a listening ear over lunch, she takes the time to build meaningful connections, and her commitment to residents’ wellbeing is clear in everything she does.
Home Manager Maria commented, “Festus and Patricia were nominated for their kindness and dedication to delivering the highest standards of care. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them – when you care deeply about something or someone, the effort never feels like a burden. Their efforts inspire us all!”
