The team and residents at Coxhill Manor Nursing and Residential Home in Chobham recently celebrated a special milestone – 15 years of dedicated service from their site maintenance officer, Neil.
Neil’s hard work often happens behind the scenes, but its impact is felt by everyone. From preparing beautiful, welcoming rooms for new residents to keeping the gardens immaculate, he takes great pride in making Coxhill a safe and inviting place to live. Whether he’s fixing issues around the home, setting up marquees for events, or even clearing fallen trees after storms, Neil always goes the extra mile.
Beyond his maintenance role, Neil is a true team player – lending a hand in the kitchen or driving the bus for residents’ outings. His care and commitment shine through in everything he does. “I put my heart into this job and I feel I have a close rapport with residents. They are family to me!” he shared.
Regional manager, Eva, proudly presented Neil with the Long Service award. Home manager, Sudhir, commented, “Neil is a dedicated and invaluable member of the Coxhill team who consistently goes above and beyond to support both the residents and his colleagues. I am proud to work alongside someone like Neil and look forward to many more years of collaboration at Coxhill.”
