Deer Park View celebrates ‘Good’ rating in latest CQC inspection

Deer Park View Care Centre in Teddington has received a ‘Good’ rating from the Care Quality Commission (CQC) following its most recent inspection.

The CQC, the independent regulator of health and social care services in England, assesses care homes based on five key criteria: safety, effectiveness, caring, responsiveness, and leadership. Deer Park View was found to be performing well across all these areas, highlighting the dedication and hard work of the entire team.

“We are incredibly proud to receive this recognition from the CQC,” said Pearl Hope, Home Manager at Deer Park View. “This rating is a testament to the passion and dedication of our team, who go above and beyond to ensure that our residents receive the highest standard of care in a safe and nurturing environment.”

The inspection report praised the centre for its person-centred approach, strong leadership, a shared vision among colleagues and managers, and the positive relationships between its colleagues and residents.

Families and residents provided glowing feedback, commending the home on making them feel safe and supported to make choices about how they received their care and how they spent their time.

Deer Park View Care Centre, situated in a beautiful location overlooking Bushy Park, provides a range of high-quality care services, including residential care, nursing care, and dementia care. The home remains committed to enhancing the wellbeing and quality of life of all those it supports.
