Meet the Manager
Angela Christian is our Home Manager at Acacia Care Centre, here’s a little bit more about herself and the home in her own words:
“As the Home Manager, I take great pleasure in being actively involved in all aspects of our home. With my nursing background, I understand the significance of delivering the highest quality care possible. I believe it’s essential to involve our residents in creating their care plans, allowing us to provide the support they truly want and need. My aim is to make a positive impact that resonates with our residents, as even the smallest gestures can make a difference.
At our care home, I work closely with both staff and families to ensure we create an environment where everyone feels valued and respected. I encourage open communication, and I am always available to listen to residents’ concerns or suggestions. Witnessing our residents and my team share laughter, smiles, and special moments brings me immense joy and reminds me daily of the meaningful work we do together.”
