Meet the Manager
Chris Trott is our Home Manager at Bourne House, here’s a little bit more about herself and the home in her own words:
“I’m Chris, and I manage our home with a focus on quality care and a supportive atmosphere. I’m dedicated to inspiring our team to provide exceptional, compassionate care to our residents and their families, ensuring that each person feels valued and respected.
As a registered nurse specialising in special needs, I bring a deep understanding of the diverse care requirements our residents may have. Moving into a leadership role over a decade ago, I’ve learned that the key to exceptional care lies in teamwork, kindness, and a keen attention to detail.
Our team is fully committed to making each day positive and fulfilling for every resident, fostering a genuine sense of community and comfort. Supporting both residents and their loved ones is at the heart of everything we do, and I’m proud to lead such a dedicated and compassionate team.”
