Meet the Manager
Peter Haysom is our Home Manager at Brook House Nursing Home, here’s a little bit more about himself and the home in his own words:
“I began my career in healthcare at 17, training as a Paramedic with the Ambulance Service. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of working in various healthcare settings, including repatriation services, NHS hospitals, and nursing homes.
At Brook House, I’m incredibly proud of our team. They are not just caregivers but dedicated professionals who bring a wealth of experience, compassion, and understanding to their roles. They approach each resident as an individual, delivering care that’s personalised and respectful, just as they would for their own loved ones.
Our team’s commitment goes beyond meeting basic needs; they create an environment where residents feel truly supported and valued. Whether it’s assisting with daily activities, providing specialist care, or simply sharing a conversation, the team is here to make Brook House a warm, homely place where everyone feels they belong.
We’d love to welcome you to Brook House. Please feel free to stop by for a chat or to take a tour of our lovely home and meet our fantastic team!”

Marc Arancon

I started my journey as a Care Home Administrator in 2017, and I find it fulfilling to provide high-quality care to our residents. It’s an honour to be part of such a fantastic team, where everyone feels like family. I look forward to achieving our goals together and delivering outstanding care.

Natasha Allen
Wellbeing Lead
I am thrilled to be part of the Brook House family. I enjoy bringing a sense of happiness and connection to those I care for, and I look forward to continuing this and more with the lovely residents of Brook House.

Arthur Krall
Head Chef
I have been with Brook House since 2013, taking my role seriously because nutrition is vital for our elderly residents. I enjoy getting to know them, learning their likes and dislikes, so I can cater to their individual preferences in meals and snacks.
