“I’m committed to ensuring that our residents receive consistent high-quality care and I am actively looking to strengthen community bonds, recognising the significance of building meaningful relationships.

I believe in working closely with residents, their families and friends and colleagues to achieve a warm, friendly and homely place to live and work. I love spending time with the residents and listening to their life stories; I have learned a lot from their wisdom over the years.

My ethos in my role is that with great teamwork and collaboration, we can achieve anything for our residents and their families, and every single colleague contributes to the success of the home.”
