The residents and team at Frethey House in Taunton marked a very special day this week as their Kitchen Assistant Tracey celebrated her 10 year anniversary at the home, she is an important member of the hospitality team and it was an opportunity for everyone to thank her for everything she does and join in her celebrations as she was presented with a certificate to mark the milestone achievement. When asked about her time at the home she commented “I enjoy working in the team and my ideas are always taken onboard by my colleagues and manager which is appreciated – as we are one team.”
After 10 years Tracey has a lot of memories and moments that have defined her time at the home but the thing that she likes most about her role is “the constant interactions she has with the residents at Frethey House, enjoying a laugh and a joke, while making sure their dining experience is memorable everyday, providing food that meets their individual preferences and needs.
