The team at Hillview Court Nursing Home in Sauchie recently gathered to celebrate a huge milestone for one of their most dedicated team members, as Pauline marked a decade of service at the home.
Pauline has become a cornerstone of Hillview Court, known for her firm devotion to residents in her role as a care assistant. Prior to joining Hillview Court, Pauline had worked at another Aria Care home, Beechwood Park, and, after exploring other opportunities, she found that she truly missed her role in care and decided to return to the profession. She joined the Hillview Court team in 2015, and ever since, has committed herself to the wellbeing of residents, providing person-centred care that focuses on what works best for each individual.
To mark the occasion, the team at Hillview Court gathered to celebrate Pauline’s outstanding contribution, with Lead Nurse Chris proudly presenting her with the Long Service award. Pauline reflected on some of her favourite moments over the past decade, with one of her fondest memories being a trip to Blackpool, where everyone enjoyed a fantastic weekend together, and residents got to experience the Waxworks Museum and Coronation Street tour.
When asked what she loves most about her role, Pauline’s answer was simple yet heartfelt: “Whenever our residents are happy and smiling!”
A decade of service is a true testament to Pauline’s dedication, and her genuine care and compassion for the residents she serves. Her commitment to their wellbeing is a shining example of the difference that a kind, patient, and dedicated team member can make in the lives of others.
