At Aria Care, we believe in the power of teamwork, which is why we launched our Spring into Summer initiative this May with a ‘One Team Approach.’ Understanding the importance of making a great first impression, we rallied our teams to work together and prepare for the upcoming season. With a focus on collaboration and community spirit, everyone came together to get ready for the months ahead.
The residents and team at Kingsclear Care Home were joined by friends and family, as they took part in our Aria in Bloom activity, as everyone worked together in the garden to make it summer ready.
While some residents did some pot planting indoors, the team and volunteers were outside planting colourful flowers in our raised beds and pots, tidying up the flower beds and adding new plants. We also put up some garden ornaments, beautiful butterflies and hung colourful bunting and hanging pots on the fence.
We’d like to extend our thanks to everyone who joined us for the day and contributed their hard work. The outdoor space at Kingsclear is now summer-ready and looks absolutely fantastic!
Aria in Bloom will become an annual event, with everyone across the company getting involved to help our homes prepare for the warmer months. This will allow our residents to enjoy beautiful outdoor spaces, offering a relaxing environment for them and their visitors to unwind.
