With warmer weather on the horizon, it’s the ideal moment to focus on gardening. At Aria Care, we believe in the power of teamwork, which is why we launched our Spring into Summer initiative this May, driven by a ‘One Team Approach.’ We know how vital it is to make a great first impression, so we came together to prepare for the summer months.
The team and residents at Rectory House Care Home are extremely proud of their home and thoroughly enjoyed getting involved in our Aria in Bloom activity.
Our activities co-ordinators were brilliant and organised the rest of the staff team at the home, along with volunteers from the Aria Care Support Office. Our residents who helped with planting really enjoyed themselves.
We tidied our outside space and re-potted our planters with wonderfully colourful new flowers and we also added a herb garden. The sun was shining, music was playing and delicious food was served by our kitchen team which really added to the day.
Thank you to everyone who should be very proud of all the hard work carried out on our Aria in Bloom day.
Aria in Bloom will become a yearly activity that everyone across the company will get involved with, helping our homes prepare for the warmer days ahead. Our residents will then be able to enjoy their outdoor spaces and give them and their visitors a beautiful space to unwind.
